If you’re not satisfied with your High Ground × Cuso order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.

Whether it’s a shipping issue, product concern, or you simply didn’t love the flavor as much as we hoped you would, our Team will review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution — including replacement product, store credit, or a refund when applicable.


Eligibility

To qualify for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Orders must be purchased directly from our official online store

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required


Non-Eligible Situations

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Orders purchased through third-party retailers

  • Excessive or repeated refund requests

  • Products intentionally damaged or improperly stored after delivery

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier outside our control


Refunds & Replacements

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
