Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During launches, promotions, and high-volume periods, fulfillment times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience while our Team works to get every order packed and shipped correctly.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, order weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery timelines after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may qualify for free shipping depending on the offer selected at checkout.

Subscription orders process automatically on the scheduled renewal date and ship according to standard fulfillment timelines.


Military Addresses

We proudly support military customers and ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses whenever possible.

Transit times to military addresses may vary based on destination and carrier handling.


Tracking Information

Once your order leaves our facility, tracking updates are handled by the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate after receiving your shipping confirmation email.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The High Ground × Cuso Team is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. If additional support is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue
